This directory contains the results obtained in the Bergamo Cathedral, during the Workshop organized by the Italian AES Section on days 28/29 april 1999. Each subdirectory refers to measurements conducted with a different loudspeaker. In each subdirectory, 4 IRs are saved. The extension of the name have the following meaning: BIN : binaural, Ambassador dummy head MS : from Soundfield microphone, stereo output, MS mode. The two virtual microphones were cardioids, pointing at +/- 90 degrees (on the sides). WX : from Soundfield microphone, the first two channels of B-format YZ : from Soundfield microphone, the last two channels of B-format Most IRs were measured with the new log sweep method (aurora), apart when the sound source was a Pistol shot. With the dodechaedron loudspeaker, also measurements made with MLS1 (Aurora) with the MLSSA sound board (W signal only) and with the Tecron TEF20 analyzer of Walter Conti were saved. Please note that, apart the above measurements with MLSSA board or TEF20 analyzer, the hardware employed was as follows: Pentium-II 400 CPU, 128 Mbytes RAM (PC-100), U2-SCSI HD (9 Gbytes Quantum Atlas III), Echo Layla sound board (8 channels, 20 bits, 48 kHz), CoolEdit Pro 1.2 + Aurora 3.1 software. Soundfield MK-V B-format microphone, Ambassador dummy head. The pistol shot measurement was recorded with a Sony TCD-D3 DAT recorder and a Sony DRW70C binaural microphone.
